About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales cycle through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation tools.
This role offers hands-on exposure to international IT business development, client acquisition, and digital sales strategy.

  • Identify potential clients and projects through Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other B2B lead generation platforms.
  • Create and send compelling Upwork proposals and LinkedIn outreach messages to prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal technical team to prepare tailored proposals.
  • Draft and maintain business requirements and align them with functional and technical requirements.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database of leads, contacts, and project pipelines.
